We have been VERY busy getting this room ready and most of what you will see below has been re-finished or made by ...............US!!! SO, after months of finding the perfect furniture and accepting lots of hand me downs, we are ready to welcome you to Williams nursery!

This crib was handed down to us from Steven and Sandra. They made it perfectly clear that they did not ever want to see this back in their house so, I could do whatever I wanted to it! It was originally an oak finish, so Lee spray painted it brown and then I spent the next 3 days applying a crackle and antique white finish to it. I am IN. LOVE. with how it turned out! (even though it almost put me in the crazy house.)
The side table was made by my Dad in 2 days. I told him I would like to have one of those and the next thing I knew I had a table waiting for me at my Mom and Dad's house. "Thanks again Dad, I love it!" I'm so grateful to be apart of such a talented family.
THE CHAIR!
Are you kidding? No it was NOT made by us, we picked up this bad boy at the Walker's Outlet for a fantastic price!
When I saw this dresser on Craigslist for $40 I was smitten by it's "character". Again I painted it ivory, distressed it with sand paper and dressed it up with new knobs. Isn't the keyhole cute? The next day I found this mirror at a thrift store and talked them down to $10.

Just in case some of you have never seen this type of art before. I got the frame on clearance at Michael's for $19.99 and took the pictures myself and printed them through my print company. And yes, I distressed it.... what can I say, I like the antique look just a little bit.

As a side note, I do sell "Letter Art" in sizes 4 x 6 and 8 x 12's (I used 4 x 6's) If your interested in doing this for you family name, a child's name, wedding gift or anything like that, shoot me an e-mail. It's custom art for a CHEAP PRICE!
And here are a few things that we have either been given or have gotten ourselves.
I am loving all the blue!
