When I woke up this morning I knew it was Wednesday and Wednesdays are workout days, but I didn't feel that great, so speed walking on the treadmill was out. Instead I popped out the stroller and William and I took a nice quiet walk around our neighborhood. Today is a beautiful Spring day and it was nice to enjoy some fresh air. Here we are just before leaving the house. Williams' eyeballs were a little pre occupied by the bright yellow school bus driving by.
We had to make a stop at the playground. (Whenever William sees a playground he gets very excited.) So I pushed him on the swings for about 10 minutes and he lifted his arms for me to get him out. Back into the stroller he went and then the screaming started! Maybe he wanted to get on the slide, but I'm not sure. Some birds flying by quickly caught his attention and we were back to walking.
There is a street near us called Sweet William. Since we have lived in our house we have wanted to get a picture of William with it but we never seems to have a camera with us. This is the best I got today -maybe we'll try again another day.
We saw a few trees in bloom but none quite as pretty as this one. It was in FULL BLOOM with tons of Bees pollinating form it. So pretty!

When we got home, William was mad that we were done. Apparently 45 minutes of walking isn't good enough, so to the backyard we went. William mostly played with rocks and his trucks while I trimmed down some overgrown plants. William wanted to help so I let him. It's never to early to start them on chores!
After that, I thought it would be fun to have William paint the patio slab with water. He thought it was great, so great that he turned into quite the naked artist! Why not? It's warm enough, right? 64 degrees on February 8th: We'll take it!!
