For William's birthday bash Lee and I wanted to throw a BBQ. We grilled turkey and beef burgers and hot dogs, had chips, salads and pickles. I successfully left the lettuce, tomatoes and watermelon all in the fridge.... again I apologize. I was so mad at myself for doing that!! We enjoyed chit chatting with each other and singing "Happy Birthday" too loud AGAIN! I think it gets worse with every birthday, but it is tradition!

I am not exaggerating when I say William devoured his cake. He went to town and entertained us all while he did it. When he was done he dropped the cake to the floor (like he always does when he's done eating... sigh) and started yelling at us. That night he was pretty fussy and didn't go to bed until 9:30. Sugar rush? I think yes.
All in all it was fun, and William made me proud! I hoped he wouldn't eat a piece and then be done.... nope, he definitely didn't disappoint.
Thank you to all our family who came to celebrate with us and thank you for giving William such cute gifts. Thank you Jennie for taking pictures when I couldn't, you did great!! To our Pittsburgh family, we love you and wish so badly for you all to be here and for you to see William on a regular basis. Thank you for your gift and cards and we loved having you guys on skype for the party, I hope you guys had fun watching us crazy goofballs.
