Happy 4th of July!

For the 4th of July, we all got decked out in our red, white and blue and headed over to my parents for a BBQ and Fireworks. Dinner was DELICIOUS, and I made the yummiest baked potatoes I have ever had! We then headed outside to play a Hoosier game that Daniel made. It was a lot of fun and I wish I could have played more. Once it was dark enough, Daniel and Randy started on the safe and sane fireworks. Meanwhile all around us, illegals were going off and a few of them had us concerned. At 9pm the Air Force Base started their show. We had a PERFECT view, they always do a great show and never disappoint us. William LOVED the fireworks and stared at them in amazement all the while holding his glow stick and occasionally chewing on it. Hard to believe that on this day last year William was only 3 days old and wearing his little red firetruck engine onesie.

We had a great Independence Day and we are definitely proud to be Americans! We are thankful for the service men and woman who serve our country to protect our freedom.
God Bless the USA!
