1 month {07.07.2012}

My pretty little girl is now one month old.  It's funny because it seems like the first month has flown by, but at the same time, it feels like Millie has been here forever.  We sure do love this little beauty, we feel so blessed to have her apart of our family and she makes our home so much happier.

• Very strong, has been trying to hold her head up all by herself since she was less than 2 weeks old.
• Weighs 8 pounds.
• Has a birth mark on her cute little toosh!  :)
• Her nickname is Mills.
• Has yucky reflux, but when that is not bothering her, she is a very content and happy baby.
• Has a pretty smile that she flashes soon after she falls asleep.  My baby talks to the Angels.  :)
• Loves to hang out on her changing table.
• Still not a fan of taking a bath.
• Wearing newborn diapers and newborn clothes.
• Likes her baby swing.
• Looks like her Mommy, but when she does certain things with her mouth she looks like her big brother.
• The best $2 I've ever spent was on her baby papasan chair at a garage sale.  She loves it and sleeps upright in it at night.
• Wakes up once during the night for a feeding and sometimes sleeps through the night without waking until morning.
• Girl likes to eat!  She drinks 4 oz. every 4 hours (excluding night time).
• Can turn her head from side to side while lying down.
• She is starting to align her eyes much better now and follow us with her eyes.
• She likes to be swaddled.
• Is starting to make some really cute cooing sounds.
• Always clasps her hands across her chest in the sweetest, most tender way.
