On Saturday night we had our ward Trunk or Treat with the 3 other wards that meet in our building. We dressed William up as a pirate and what a cute little Matey he was too! Lee handed out candy at our (undecorated) trunk, (next year I promise to decorate it. I think I said that last year too. WHOOPS!) while I went Trick-or-Treating with William. He held his little pail and wasn't too sure what we were doing but he loved it. He tripped over his feet a couple times because he was running so fast. Once he understood that people were putting candy in his pail he got pretty excited to check out his loot. He found a sucker to suck on and was a happy little camper the rest of the night. Our ward made hot dogs that we got to enjoy. Apparently they were under some stress with the grills they had, but I never noticed, they were delicious! I loved seeing and talking to friends, seeing William dressed so cute and having so much fun, and I loved the fantastic weather too. I have already eaten too much candy, it is making me so sick!!
On Halloween night, we went to my parents house and William was their first official trick-or-treater for the night. We had my Mom's famous sugar pumpkin cookies (again, I ate way too many) and hot chocolate. It was a great Halloween and we are already planning our costumes for next year!

Love it! Care to share what you're debating for next year? I'm trying to think of ideas for a family of 4... Maybe I can be more coordinated this year. Riiiight.
